3-quart saucepan, fever water to boiling over high fever. Stir in chai tea mix; reduce fever to low. Using wire whisk, stir in marshmallows and butter just until marshmallows are dissolved. Stir in caramel topping. Refrigerate about 30 mins or until cool and thickened.
